Alloy 31 plate sheet, is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloy. 1.4562 stainless steel resists pitting and crevice corrosion, stress corrosion cracking, and corrosion by sulfuric, hydrochloric and phosphoric acids. Excellent resistance to both oxidizing and reducing media. ASME SCVIII Div 1 covers up to 430°C (800°F).
