AISI 904L Stainless Steel Tube chemical composition includes chromium, nickel, manganese, silicon, sulfur, phosphorus, copper and molybdenum, with low carbon content, and resists intergranular corrosion after welding and heat treatment. N08904 Seamless tube has good resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, and is particularly resistant to sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid and acetic acid. When hot forged, the maximum temperature that alloy 904L can withstand is about 1180 ℃. It should be noted that the lower temperature of forging should not be lower than 900℃. Alloy 904L steel cold-drawn tube can also be hot-formed in the temperature range of about 1000-1150℃.
