Stainless steel 254smo (UNS S31254,1.4547) is a high-alloy austenitic stainless steel pipe, known for its excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical properties. 254 smo's main components are about 20% chromium, 18% nickel, 6% molybdenum and 0.2% nitrogen, and copper and manganese are also added. The synergistic effect of high molybdenum and nitrogen significantly improves the ability to resist pitting, crevice corrosion and chloride stress corrosion cracking, especially suitable for high chloride ion environment.
