PROCESS	DESCRIPTION
Steel Making	Electric Arc Furnace followed by Vacuum Oxygen Decarburization or Argon Oxygen Decarburization.
Pipe Making	Conventional Seamless Cold Finished Pipe and Tube Manufacturing Processes.
Heat Treatment	Cannot be hardened by heat treatment. Typically provided in the annealed condition.
