Hastelloy N10665 Pipe Corrosion Resistance

• Hydrochloric acid resistance: Corrosion rate < 0.025 mm/year in boiling 37% concentrated hydrochloric acid (100°C), suitable for all concentrations and temperatures under normal pressure.

 

• Sulfuric acid resistance: Stable performance in ≤70% concentration sulfuric acid at ≤80°C, and ≤50% concentration at 150°C.

 

• Phosphoric acid resistance: Excellent corrosion resistance in phosphoric acid of any concentration at temperatures up to boiling point.

 

• Sulfide stress corrosion resistance: Resists sulfide stress corrosion cracking (SSCC) in H₂S-containing acidic oil and gas environments.

 

• Organic acid resistance: Withstands corrosion from acetic acid, formic acid, and bromic acid at high temperatures.
