Hastelloy X Sheet Core Features
High temperature strength: It maintains high tensile strength and yield strength in environments below 1200 ℃, and will not undergo significant plastic deformation due to high temperatures.
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to oxidative atmospheres (such as high temperature air), sulfur-containing gases (such as SO ₂, H ₂ S), organic acids (such as acetic acid, citric acid), and neutral salt solutions, suitable for complex corrosion conditions.
Processing performance: It can be subjected to cold processing (such as stamping and bending) and hot processing (such as forging and rolling), and has excellent welding performance. It can be welded by argon arc welding (GTAW), submerged arc welding (SAW) and other methods without the need for complex heat treatment after welding.
Thermal stability: Low coefficient of thermal expansion, low thermal stress during temperature cycling, and less prone to cracking or deformation.
Hastelloy X Sheet Specification Parameters
Thickness range: 0.5mm-100mm (regular thickness: 1mm-20mm, special thickness can be customized)
Width range: 1000mm-2000mm (common widths: 1220mm, 1500mm)
Length range: 2000mm-6000mm (can be cut to size according to requirements)
Surface treatment: 2B (cold rolled glossy surface), BA (cold rolled annealed surface), frosted surface, acid washed surface, can be selected according to the application scenario.
Execution standards: ASTM B366 (plate), ASTM B564 (forging), ASME SB366 (plate for pressure equipment).
