The basic difference between alloy c276 sheet and plate is their thickness. ASME SB575 UNS N10276 Weldability

ASME SB575 N10276 Plate can be easily welded using most conventional processes including PLASMA, GMAW (MIG/MAG), GTAW (TIG) and SMAW (MMA). Normally, post weld heat treatment is not required for 2.4819 Hastelloy C276 Coil.

ASME SB 575 UNS N10276 Manufacturing Process

ASTM B575 UNS N10276 has a higher work hardening rate than its austenitic counterparts, and work annealing is required if the Nickel Alloy C276 Plate is to be work hardened to a higher degree. If the deformation rate of SB 575 N10276 Nickel Alloy Plate exceeds 15%, a solution annealing process is required.
