Alloy 800 Seamless Pipe, has better corrosion resistance than general austenitic stainless steel and Incoloy 600 alloy; it is better than Incoloy 600 and Monel 400 in the manufacture of corrosion-resistant stress cracking equipment. Alloy 800 has a high chromium and nickel content and high high-temperature corrosion resistance, which can withstand temperatures from cryogenic to 1800°F (980°C).
