Product Introduction

Alloy 400 seamless pipe is a pipe made of a nickel-copper alloy called Monel 400 UNS N04400. The alloy consists mainly of nickel (about 67%) and copper (about 30%), with small amounts of iron, manganese and other elements added. Seamless pipes made of Monel 400 are manufactured without any welded joints, so the inner surface is continuous and smooth, and has strong pressure resistance. Alloy 400 has excellent corrosion resistance in seawater, acidic solutions and alkaline media. It is particularly resistant to corrosion caused by sulfuric acid and hydrofluoric acid.
