Product Introduction

Monel 400 tubing is mainly composed of about 67% nickel and 30% copper, as well as small amounts of iron, manganese, silicon and carbon. UNS N04400 pipe has excellent corrosion resistance, and is resistant to pitting and internal stress corrosion in salt water or seawater, especially hydrochloric acid and hydrochloric acid deep-sea industrial production, with a corrosion rate of less than 0.025mm/a. The temperature of Monel 400 continuous operation in air is generally around 600℃, and in high-temperature steam, the corrosion rate is less than 0.026mm/a.
