alloy n08020 steel pipe corrosion resistance

Sulfuric acid (H₂SO₄): It performs extremely well in dilute sulfuric acid with a concentration of up to 50% and a temperature up to the boiling point, as well as in medium-concentration cold sulfuric acid. The addition of copper is the key to its success.
Phosphoric acid (H₃PO₄): It has good corrosion resistance in phosphoric acid media of various concentrations and temperatures, and is widely used in fertilizer and wet phosphoric acid production.
Nitric acid (HNO₃): Thanks to its high chromium content, it has excellent corrosion resistance in nitric acid of most concentrations and temperatures.
Mixed acid environment: It shows unique tolerance to complex mixed acid environments such as sulfuric acid-nitric acid and sulfuric acid-phosphoric acid.
Chloride ion environment: The synergistic effect of molybdenum and nickel makes it significantly better than 304/316L stainless steel in the environment containing chloride ions (such as salt water, seawater, bleach).
Organic acid: It has good resistance to acetic acid, formic acid, citric acid, etc.
Intergranular corrosion immunity: The stabilization effect of niobium makes it less prone to intergranular corrosion after welding or hot working.
