ASTM A213 904L Stainless Steel Tube has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in environments containing sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid. Due to the high nickel, chromium and molybdenum content, 904L (UNS N08904) has excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking. SS 1.4539 is usually used at temperatures below 400°C and still maintains its corrosion resistance. And SS 904L seamless tube has higher strength and compression resistance.
