Applicable Temperature Range: SS253MA Pipe can Continuous use temperature up to 1050℃, intermittent use temperature up to 1100℃, far exceeding 304H stainless steel (continuous use temperature 870℃).

Oxidation Corrosion Rate: In a static air environment at 1000℃, the annual oxidation corrosion rate is ≤0.1mm/year; in a dynamic flue gas environment at 1050℃ (containing 5% O₂ and 10% CO₂), the annual oxidation corrosion rate is ≤0.2mm/year, with no significant oxide scale spalling.

Oxide Scale Characteristics: The formed "Cr₂O₃-SiO₂ double-layer oxide scale" has a high coefficient of thermal expansion matching with the substrate. After repeated thermal cycling (e.g., 1000℃ to room temperature), the oxide scale cracking rate is ≤5%, avoiding accelerated corrosion of the substrate due to oxide scale peeling.

Sulfide Corrosion Resistance: In sulfur-containing flue gas environments (SO₂ concentration ≤1000ppm, temperature 900℃), the corrosion rate is ≤0.3mm/year, making it a viable replacement for traditional high-chromium cast iron pipes (which are prone to brittleness).
