High-temperature oxidation resistance

Hastelloy x plate's high chromium content forms a dense oxide film at high temperature, which can resist oxidation for a long time at 1200°C.

Corrosion resistance

Alloy X has excellent resistance to corrosive media such as chlorides, sulfides, and organic acids, especially in reducing environments.

Mechanical stability

Through solid solution strengthening and grain boundary optimization (such as adding elements such as cobalt and tungsten), high-temperature creep strength and stress cracking resistance are improved.
