Incoloy 800h Plate
Incoloy 800: Standard grade.
Incoloy 800H: The "H" stands for High Temperature. Its carbon content is controlled at the upper end of the standard range (0.05-0.10%), and its grain size is heat-treated to ASTM Grade 5 or coarser, resulting in excellent long-term strength and creep resistance.
Incoloy 800HT: Based on 800H, it incorporates more precise titanium and aluminum contents ((Ti+Al) ≥ 0.85%) to further optimize its high-temperature strength and creep resistance. N08810 plate is commonly referred to as either 800H or 800HT grades.

The Cr₂O₃ film on its surface remains stable under cyclic oxidation conditions up to approximately 1100°C, effectively preventing oxygen from diffusing inward. It also resists carburization, a process in which carbon atoms penetrate the metal surface in carbon-rich atmospheres (such as cracking furnaces), causing embrittlement. This ensures its service life in petrochemical cracking furnaces far exceeds that of ordinary stainless steel.
