Inconel N06601 Plate high-temperature oxidation resistance
The high chromium content (about 23%) forms an extremely stable, dense and self-healing chromium oxide protective layer on the alloy surface. In an air environment, the long-term use temperature can reach 1150°C, and the short-term use temperature can reach up to 1250°C. Excellent resistance to thermal cycle oxidation, not easy to peel off in an environment of repeated heating and cooling, maintaining long-term protection.

The addition of aluminum (about 1.4%) significantly improves high-temperature strength and creep resistance through aging hardening. Even in the range of 800°C - 1100°C, it can maintain excellent tensile strength and creep rupture strength, ensuring the long-term structural integrity of high-temperature pressure-bearing parts.
N06601 alloy plate corrosion resistance
Inconel N06601 plate has high resistance to various corrosion forms, including oxidizing atmosphere, carburizing, nitriding atmosphere, sulfur-containing environment, low-concentration halogen medium (such as chloride, fluoride) and various molten salts.

601 nickel alloy thermal stability and phase stability
Under long-term high temperature exposure, the microstructure is stable and it is not easy to cause embrittlement caused by harmful phase precipitation, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Inconel 601 sheet processability and weldability
The plate has good cold forming ability (pay attention to work hardening) and hot forming performance (recommended temperature range 870°C - 1230°C). Welding can be carried out by common TIG, MIG, arc welding and other methods, and matching welding materials (such as ENiCrFe-3) can obtain good joint performance.
