s321 plate Anti-intergranular corrosion

The addition of titanium preferentially combines with carbon to form stable titanium carbide (TiC), effectively "fixing" the carbon element, significantly reducing the formation of chromium carbide, and thus greatly improving the resistance to intergranular corrosion.

S32100 plate High temperature

Long-term use in the range of 600-800°C can effectively resist sensitization caused by the precipitation of chromium carbide and the resulting decrease in strength, toughness and intergranular corrosion tendency. In air or combustion gas environment, it can withstand intermittent use temperatures up to about 870°C (1600°F) and continuous use temperatures of about 925°C (1700°F).
