Chemical Composition of ss310moln pipe

The golden ratio of chromium content (24-26%) and nickel content (19-22%) of 310MoLN plate constitutes a stable austenite matrix. The addition of molybdenum (2-3%) significantly improves the resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion, while the solid solution strengthening effect of nitrogen (0.15-0.25%) enables the material to maintain excellent mechanical strength at high temperatures.

Physical performance of UNS S31050 Pipe

At room temperature, 310MoLN plate exhibits a tensile strength of 780-980MPa and an elongation of ≥40%, combining high strength with good formability. When the temperature rises to 800℃, its yield strength can still maintain more than 65% of the room temperature value. The optimized combination of thermal expansion coefficient (16.5×10^-6/℃) and thermal conductivity (14.2W/m·K) enables it to have excellent dimensional stability under thermal cycle conditions.

Manufacturing process of 1.4466 Pipe

The advanced three-step smelting process (EAF+AOD+VOD) ensures that the purity of molten steel reaches ultra-low levels of [O]≤30ppm and [S]≤0.003%. The hot rolling process adopts multi-pass controlled rolling technology, and the final rolling temperature is strictly controlled in the range of 850-950℃, combined with 1100-1150℃ solution treatment to stabilize the grain size at ASTM 5-7. The surface treatment adopts a composite process of pickling passivation + electrolytic polishing, with a surface roughness Ra≤0.8μm, which effectively improves corrosion resistance.
