The process involves electric arc furnace smelting + argon-oxygen decarburization, followed by hot rolling or cold rolling. After forming, it undergoes solution annealing at 1050-1100℃ and rapid cooling. After descaling, acid pickling can be performed. Low-temperature deep cryogenic treatment and tempering can optimize its high strength and ductility.

At room temperature, tensile strength ≥515MPa, yield strength ≥205MPa, elongation ≥40%, Brinell hardness ≤217HB, Rockwell hardness ≤95HRB. At 600℃, the creep strength reaches 145MPa, a 22% improvement compared to 304 stainless steel.
