Corrosion resistance: The S310 sheet has excellent corrosion resistance, especially in oxidizing media, such as acidic environments such as nitric acid and sulfuric acid, as well as humid and salt spray containing atmospheric environments, which can effectively resist corrosion.

In reducing media such as hydrochloric acid, the corrosion resistance may decrease, and it is necessary to choose whether to use anti-corrosion coatings or take other protective measures according to the specific usage environment.

Antioxidant properties: S310 sheet shows excellent antioxidant properties in high-temperature oxidative environments. At temperatures ranging from 800 ℃ to 1100 ℃, a stable oxide film can form on the surface of the board, preventing further oxidation reactions. It can be used for a long time in this temperature range, such as in the manufacturing of components in heating furnaces.

Resistance to intergranular corrosion: After reasonable heat treatment (such as solution treatment), the resistance to intergranular corrosion of the S310 sheet is strong. Solid solution treatment can fully dissolve carbides into the austenite structure, reduce the precipitation of carbides at grain boundaries, thereby avoiding intergranular corrosion and ensuring the structural integrity of the plate during long-term use.
